1. Digital Nature of Services

All our services are digital and delivered instantly via our platform. As such, once a report or reading is generated, it is considered delivered and non-reversible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Reflection Plan (Free): No payment is required, hence no refunds applicable.
Deep Insight Plan: We do not offer refunds once the service is activated and the report is generated.
Additional Profiles: Payments made for extra profiles are non-refundable once the report is generated.

3. Cancellations

Users may cancel a subscription renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to features will remain until the end of that period.

4. Technical Issues

If you face any technical issues preventing report generation or access to paid features, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase. We will investigate and offer a resolution or refund if applicable.
